Job/Person Summary

We are seeking to appoint a part time 1:1 teaching Assistant to join our dedicated and friendly team of staff in our small village school.


We are looking for a caring and hard-working individual who has the ability to establish strong working relationships with the pupil they would be working with, other children in our school and fellow staff members.


Experience of working with children 1:1 in an educational setting would be advantageous. A passion for working with children with SEND would also be of great benefit, however, other appropriately experienced candidates will also be considered.


You will work five days a week, Monday – Friday, from 0830 to 1300 working 1:1 with a child with an EHCP.


There may be some flexibility on working hours to suit childcare needs and we run an after school club from 1520 – 1730 that can offer additional hours if required.
