Salary Details: Grade A £17,842 to £18,198fte pro rata per annum - Actual £3,858 to £3,934 per annum

Hours of Work: Part Time (8 hours per week) / Tuesdays and Wednesdays 5.45pm to 9.45pm / Fixed Term until 31 August 2022 / 52 weeks per year

Job/Person Summary

We are seeking to appoint a Community Lettings Assistant to assist the Community Manager.  The successful candidate will support the lettings of the school’s facilities, dealing mainly with external hirers of the school’s facilities and ensuring the facilities are fit for use. 


Reporting to the Community Manager, to ensure security of site and buildings and smooth running of the community programme.  To provide site assistant services for hirers.


Hounsdown is an 11-16 Science College which converted to an Academy in August 2011. We are a popular, over-subscribed, Outstanding (Ofsted 2017).
