Marnel Junior School is seeking to appoint a dedicated and passionate learning support assistant to join our friendly, forward thinking team to work supporting children with their learning. The right candidate will be committed to the highest standards of supporting the learning and well-being of all children. The role will also involve working with staff to support the development of skills they need within the classroom and at lunchtime.
The purpose of this role is to support the removal of barriers which prevent pupils from progressing with their learning. The post holder will support pupils to make a change required to facilitate greater engagement in their learning to enable them to participate fully.
