Due to the promotion of the current Deputy Headteacher to Headship we are seeking to appoint an innovative, ambitious, dynamic and inspirational Deputy Headteacher to continue working in strong partnership the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team, staff children and governors within our school.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding practitioner in the first instance, who is willing to take on a significant leadership role with a 0.6 teaching commitment.
The post is best suited to an individual who is committed to their own professional and career development as the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop the skills and expertise needed, with a view to Headship within the next 3-5 years.
