The Governing Body wishes to appoint a strategic leader with a clear vision of excellence who will carry on the legacy of being an outstanding school into the future, while building on our existing strong Christian foundations.

We have close links with the local church, sited adjacent to our Infant department, and our Christian values of Love, Serve and Trust underpin all we do. Highfield is a school that takes risks and is innovative in its approach to education. Our children enjoy their school and love learning.

Children at Highfield school thrive and achieve great results in an environment of creativity and challenge, where they are treated as individuals and feel secure.

We are looking for an inspirational and committed individual who will build on the existing strong foundations within our Christian ethos.
