The governors wish to appoint an Administrative Assistant to join our friendly, highly motivated and busy school.
Duties will include a wide range of reception and administration duties where no two days are the same.
The following attributes and skills are essential:
A warm, positive and professional manner
The ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload and cope with many interruptions
Good ICT skills; Microsoft Office, SIMS and IBC or the ability to learn quickly!
Excellent literacy skills and the ability to confidently produce correspondence as needed
Good communication, patience and flexibility
Willingness to carry out other duties such as first aid and administration of medicines (training will be given)
A sense of humour and a willingness to be involved in the life of the school
The ability to work in a team
To be supportive of our Catholic ethos
A caring approach towards children and adults
