The Business and Administration Manager will play a strategic and crucial role in the business, finance, premises, personnel and administrative aspects of the federation.
This role would suit someone with previous experience in business management, ideally in the education environment.
To develop, direct and co-ordinate the full range of school financial and administrative services.
To be accountable for the efficient running of all aspects of the Federation’s offices.
To ensure high standards in the office, whilst creating a welcoming atmosphere for all parents and visitors.
To manage and oversee the school’s financial systems and accounts.
To line manage key teams within the federation.
To assist in the management of the school premises.
To be an active member of the Leadership team.
