This could be an ideal role if you have a talent for connecting with children, together with experience of working in schools in a paid or voluntary capacity.
Collaborating closely with colleagues and teachers, you will identify children’s needs, offer advice and develop plans to turn things around. You will also work 1-on-1 supporting children successfully in the classroom.
This is an incredibly rewarding role as you work with children to guide their progress and help them fully participate in school life. You will be working with children at a pivotal point in their lives and your support can influence their whole future.
