The Governing Body of the Forest Edge Learning Federation are seeking a dedicated, passionate and child-centred professional to be one of our two Executive Deputy Headteachers. The role involves working across our three schools with particular responsibility for pastoral care. There will be no regular class teaching commitment.
The Federation consists of three schools with 240 children run by an Executive Headteacher and one Governing Body. The three schools have adjacent catchment areas on the edge of the New Forest, each with a unique character. Breamore Primary School is a Church of England School with 103 children; Hyde Primary School is a Church of England School with 46 children. Hale Primary School is a Community School with 91 children.
The role will focus on pastoral responsibilities. The successful candidate will take a lead role in developing and implementing practices which reflect our commitment to positive behaviour and emotional well-being ensuring that the schools are a safe and happy environment for all young people to succeed and reach their potential.
