The CFO will have a broad remit and be responsible for all related financial activities, including input into growth. The role requires someone with a hands-on approach to finance, with a strong background in controls and process, as well as strategic business understanding and financial planning capabilities. The CFO will be someone with the personality and drive to perform at MAT trust board level confidently and who will be positioned firmly with the CEO and MAT central Team.
The applicant will apply system and process rigour to build the next phase of growth within our MAT and wider projects, delivering high quality planning to enable effective decision-making. We seek a CFO who likes to get into the detail.
