Job/Person Summary

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking person who is keen to excel in the challenging and varied job of caretaker.  We are looking for someone who will show a warm rapport with the children, be self-motivated, and be will willing to undertake a wide range of practical tasks and repairs, lead the small team of cleaners and take pride in keeping the school clean and safe for the children.

Desirable

Drive the mini bus on a daily basis to collect children from surrounding areas, therefore a full driving license with D1 is desirable.

 

Previous experience would be beneficial but full training and support will be provided.  The successful candidate will be required to act as the primary keyholder, so ideally we are looking for someone who lives within a short distance from school.

 

The hours of work would be 7.00am to 11am, Monday to Friday, although there is some flexibility about these timings.  Some evening and occasional weekend openings may be required.
