Stoneham Park Primary Academy is a brand new school opening in September 2020 in Eastleigh to serve the new housing estate at North Stoneham Park. We are looking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to join our lovely new team. This is an exciting role for somebody that has strong interpersonal and administrative skills and wants to play a part in the development of our beautiful new school.
You will be front of house for visitors and will undertake the daily admin tasks involved in running a school. We are seeking to appoint someone who is welcoming, well organised, has excellent communication skills and is excited by the fact that no two days in a school are ever the same!
Experience of school management information and administrative systems such as Arbor or SIMS would be an advantage but training will be given. The ability to multi task and remain cheerful under pressure are important requirements! In return we offer you a friendly and happy environment to work in, in this brand new school.
