We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, hard-working and committed Senior Admin Assistant to join our busy office team in September 2020 (to cover maternity leave for one year). You will need to have excellent communication skills and a warm professional manner providing first class customer service and admin support. The role is varied and no two days are the same, so you will need to be flexible and have a good sense of humour.
You will need to have had previous experience of working within a busy office/reception (ideally a school) and will be familiar with SIMS, and Tucasi. You will be responsible for the day to day management of processes such as admissions, attendance, producing reports and spreadsheets, handling pupil data, handling payments and banking, first aid and stock control. The ability to be proactive and prioritise the tasks is an essential skill in carrying out this role.
