Cams Hill School are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, committed Assistant Head of Year to cover maternity leave. Working closely with the Heads of Years 8 and 9, you will be dedicated to ensuring that the pastoral needs of pupils are effectively met, raising their aspirations, self-esteem and motivation levels so they can achieve their full potential. This role will also involve you working with external agencies and managing pupils’ behaviour in line with the school’s good behaviour policy. The successful candidate will need to be able to work as part of the pastoral and tutor teams and also be happy to work independently.
