Salary Details: £15,452 - £15,714 Actual (£18,065 - £18,371 FTE)
Hours of Work: Full-time, term time only, 37 hours per week worked 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 3.30pm on Friday, some flexibility may be required on occasion.

We are looking to appoint a Reprographics & Administration Assistant to join our busy Admin Office Team. This role would equally suit someone starting out in their career or a more experienced person wanting to move into education and work in a school environment. We see this role as a ‘gateway’ role into the school and with the successful candidate expanding their knowledge and understanding of administration roles generally within the school and eventually moving on to such a role themselves.
The main responsibilities, and focus, of this role initially will be;
The successful candidate must be educated to grade A – C GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent), have strong interpersonal and communication skills, have the ability to prioritise workloads, work to deadlines without supervision and ideally have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
This role works in a busy, and sometimes challenging, environment and we need someone with resilience, initiative, good time management, patience and a willingness to provide an excellent support service to both our staff and students.
