Location of Role: The Vyne School
We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy and enthusiastic person to provide community users of our facilities with the best in customer and caretaking support. This role requires someone capable of working on their own initiative as it will entail lone-working.
The successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and will be required to meet and greet customers as a key part of the role. The role involves locking and unlocking rooms and facilities, attending to reception, some manual handling of equipment, various housekeeping and cleaning tasks to maintain facilities to highest standards and keep them free from potential health and safety issues. The job also involves handling small amounts of cash.
The Vyne Community School is set in beautiful grounds and has excellent facilities which are available for community use including; 3G artificial pitch, sports hall, dance studio, function halls, classrooms, and hardcourts.
The contracted hours are Saturdays 8:30am - 4:00pm however opportunities for additional hours will arise in order to provide cover to accommodate additional bookings so a degree of flexibility is desirable.
