If you are interested in working in a “School where ambition to be excellent is at the heart of all it does” and where the “Climate for learning is outstanding” (Ofsted 2015) you will obviously have to be able to demonstrate in your written application that you are a high quality person who has fully considered the importance of this role and have a clear understanding of how children learn.
This position is two fold and is both to provide learning support either on a 1:1 basis or within one of our classrooms (as directed) and also to support children’s welfare and needs during the lunchtime period. The successful candidate will have had recent experience of working in a school setting or previous working experience as an LSA or teacher.
If selected for interview, part of the appointment process will be to plan and deliver a learning session for a small group of children.
Salary will be dependent upon previous experience and will be pro-rata based on hours and term time working.
