There is so much to say about Riders that it seems a daunting task to try and summarise it in a tiny job description. We are a large Infant and Junior Federation at the heart of Leigh Park. We encourage you to read our history and all our data and stats on our website, and learn about Ofsted from our reports (currently Infant RI and Junior Good) but we don't want to throw a lot of facts at you. We want you to understand the essence of us and be inspired to find out more.
Maybe you've heard of Leigh Park? It's a big, warm-hearted estate north of Portsmouth - a proud and fabulous community which we are lucky to be immersed in. The challenges of school leadership here are far outweighed by the rewards of being trusted, accepted and embraced by this community and the joy of standing with our neighbours to achieve real and impactful outcomes for our children.
