An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead and manage Nightingale Primary School due to our current headteacher moving to an advisory role in the local authority. Nightingale is a two-form entry primary school situated within a strong local community. The school provides a secure, encouraging environment where every child is valued and inspired to achieve their full potential. Nightingale Primary School is determined to maintain and improve upon the progress noted in our recent ‘Good’ Ofsted inspection carried out in September 2018.
The Governors are seeking a proven, experienced and innovative leader with the ambition to further meet the challenge of raising standards for our pupils. The candidate must have the capacity to strategically lead, manage and motivate our staff and children. They will provide strong, focused and inspirational leadership with an ability to empower others to drive school improvement. The successful candidate will be able to articulate a cohesive and shared vision for the school encompassing an ever-evolving curriculum.
