We have two sites, the larger of which is near the train station in Winchester and the other, a small distance away in Weeke. We are looking for two new members to join the large Estates team who look after the attractive grounds and many buildings. You will be on a rotating shift pattern, which will include evenings, this will be discussed further at interview. You will also be required to join a rota to cover some Saturdays, for which additional hours will be paid, as well as on-call commitment. Duties will include locking and unlocking buildings, undertaking internal and external maintenance, porterage, driving and other duties as required to keep the buildings and grounds in good state. You must be physically fit to undertake manual work. Experience in a maintenance role would be helpful but above all, we are looking for someone with a cheerful and ‘can-do’ attitude, who is ready and able to learn.
