Salary Details: Grade D – Step 1 FTE £25,628 Actual Annual Salary in the range of £20,791.80

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week, 8.30am – 4.00pm Monday – Friday, term time only (39 weeks)

Job/Person Summary

Deer Park School is a new state of the art seven-form secondary school which opened in September 2021. At present there are just under 500 students on roll across Yr7, 8 & 9.  We are part of the RAISE Education Trust which comprises of Deer Park Secondary School, Wildern Secondary School and Boorley Park Primary School.  We will have a PAN of 1050 when full. 

As we embark on our next phase of growth we are seeking to appoint new members to our team to support us on our journey to excellence. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Internal Provision and Projects Coordinator to join our team and lead an innovative initiative aimed at re-engaging disengaged students.

About the Role:

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in creating a more inclusive and supportive school environment for students who are currently disengaged from their education. You will manage a dedicated project focused on improving student attendance, behaviour, and academic achievement. You will also work collaboratively with school staff to develop and implement long-term strategies to foster a culture of belonging and inclusion for all students.
