We are seeking to appoint someone with the qualifications and experience to provide support to our families and pupils as well as work across both school offices. The role will require the successful candidate to be a trained DSL (designated safeguarding lead) and be prepared to work and support families by working alongside them and external agencies, including the maintaining of appropriate records in accordance with internal and external guidelines, policies and procedures, as well as carry out related administrative duties. Attendance at external agency meetings is also part of the role.

The role can be tailored towards the expertise of the successful candidate.

Office duties will involve using Arbor on a daily basis to input and extract data and everyday tasks such as answering the phone as well as contacting parents. However, key tasks will include supporting and tracking pupil premium children, attendance monitoring and support for families, supporting vulnerable families, first aid, signposting parents to relevant support, providing training, completing risk assessments (pupil related) and working alongside our Parent Support Advisor to ensure all of our pupils and families receive the best support possible.
