Guillemont Junior School is looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team.
Guillemont Junior School is a popular school with excellent resources in a woodland setting. We have a strong ethos of valuing each child and the principles of inclusion. The school provides a child-centred topic style curriculum where children are enthusiastic and well-motivated, they are encouraged to take ownership of their learning and development through personalisation and first-hand experience. Good organisation skills and a sense of humour
Be able to proactive and use their initiative when appropriate
Be able to develop positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
