This role is incredibly rewarding but can be challenging, you will receive support and specialist training to build your knowledge and understanding of children with specific needs.  You will work alongside the SENDCo, class teachers, LSAs as well as specific outside agencies.  The role involves working 1-1 with a child in all aspects of their day (for example, break times, learning time and lunchtime.)

At Otterbourne Church of England Primary School, we are proud of our inclusivity and have high expectations that all of our children will thrive.

If you are passionate about making a difference to the lives of young children, we want to hear from you!
